Your mission at Safened:   

Do you like to maintain and strengthen the relationships we have with our clients?  Are you able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience? And are you ready to be part of a rapid-growth, scale-up? Then Safened might be the right place for you! We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to provide top-quality technical service and ensure client satisfaction. You can analyze issues a client is facing, and report this to our developers so in the end you help identify potential new features or products.

Requirements

What we need you to bring:

  • Strong monitoring and communication skills, share insights and analytics to partners/clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of API integration.
  • Experience in keeping an overview, priorise and organize.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Tech Project Management
  • A BSc. or MSc. degree.
