Learning & Development Manager

Safened is looking for a highly motivated, and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. You will play a crucial role in establish and maintain the ‘Safened Academy’.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Safened has around 200 CDD Analysts and we want to ensure all Analysts trained according to our Training and Development Policy. As L&D Manager you will be working closely together with our Training and learning Coordinator but also with QA/Knowledge Management/KYC Management.  Primary objective is to start at the KYC Operations department and spread out over the whole company in a later stage.

  • Set up ‘The Safened Academy’
  • Develop and organize trainings
  • Refine our Training and Development Policy
  • Maintain and improve the distribution and content of the learning materials

Our ideal new team member is full of positive energy and fresh ideas. You are confident, you can listen carefully and love to create suitable training's for all levels within our company. On top of that, this is what we find to be most important to do a great job when it comes to this role:

  • Preference for 4 years experience in a training/learning & development role
  • Master degree or equivalent
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Language skills: English (Dutch is a plus, but not necessary). Your overall communication is very clear.
  • Loves to motivate, educate and engage people
  • Inspires trust and relates well to people of varying roles and levels
  • Likes to speak in public
